Top 30 DE Recruits in Class of 2012

1.Mario Edwards, Florida State
The size of a DT but the pass rushing and ability of a DE. Could play either in college and will be a terror, just like in the Under Armour Game.

2.Noah Spence, Ohio State
Spence is slightly under-sized, but is ultra-quick. He will be a major threat as a pass rusher.

3.Darius Hamilton, undecided
The son of ex-Giant Keith Hamilton, Darius is a very good player himself.

4.Adolphus Washington, Ohio State
A very athletic player that should contribute as a pass rusher quickly.

5.Jonathan Bullard, Florida
Bullard is more of a run defender than a pass rusher right now, but can still get to the QB.

6.Channing Ward, Mississippi
Ward’s pass rushing ability really showed during the Under Armour Game.

7.Chris Casher, Florida State
Casher did not play this season, but still looked great as a pass rusher in the Under Armour Game.

8.Jordan Jenkins, Georgia
Jenkins is a very athletic lineman still learning some of the finer points.

9.Carlos Watkins, Clemson
He’s 6’4″ 280 and played receiver and linebacker in high school, so that shows you his athletic ability.

10.Francis Kallon, Georgia Tech
Kallon is a physical monster almost brand new to football after playing soccer. He could be a beast at Tech.

11.Se’Von Pittman, Ohio State
Urban Meyer went after this pass rusher immediately after taking over at Ohio State.

12.Dante Fowler, Florida State
Fowler is another pass rusher that looked good in the Under Armour Game.

13.Tom Strobel, Michigan
Strobel has a ton of potential but will likely need a redshirt year to add strength.

14.Jelani Hamilton, Miami
Hamilton is a top talent from St. Thomas Aquinas HS.

15.Javonte Magee, Baylor
A big, athletic lineman capable of playing inside or outside.

16.DeForest Buckner, Oregon
At 6’7 250, Buckner could play end or tackle on the next level but could make an impact at either spot.

17.Leonard Williams, undecided
Williams is another big end that could play inside or outside but is very athletic.

18.Ken Ekanem, undecided
This pass rusher is recovering from a torn ACL.

19.Josh Dawson, Vanderbilt
Dawson’s quickness will help him make plays in the opposing backfield.

20.Tyriq McCord, Miami
McCord could play end or linebacker at the next level with his combination of size and athletic ability.

21.Devonte Fields, TCU
Fields is a top pass rusher.

22.Mario Ojemudia, Michigan
Ojemudia is an under-sized pass rusher that needs to add weight.

23.Michael Moore, Virginia
The DeMatha product saw his stock rise during the all-star game circuit.

24.Martin Aiken, Clemson
Aiken is another quality pass rusher heading to play for Clemson.

25.Luke Kaumatule, undecided
At 6’7″ 230, Kaumatule must add some weight before contributing.

26.Chris Wormley, Michigan
Wormley has nice size and strength.

27.Danielle Hunter, LSU
Hunter is a player with the upside to be a strong pass rusher.

28.Troy Hinds, BYU
Hinds could be a top pass rusher at BYU.

29.Jordan Watkins, Stanford
Watkins is a hard working end with good size.

30.Ryan Anderson, Alabama
Anderson could be a pass rushing outside linebacker for the Tide.
